The much hoped revolution for Rauf Rangnick begun with a solid 1-0 win over Crystal Palace, Manchester United Players were all over the place.
United had more of the possession, they pressed all over the place and the match should have ended at least 5-0 if only Manchester United players had the clinical edge this afternoon/evening.
There were a couple of missed chances in the game, a few of which are listed below:
Alex Telles was inches away from hitting the back of the net – Bruno worked well to find Sancho who laid it off for Telles.
United fans at Old Trafford hoped Cristiano Ronaldo would score from a Free Kick in the opening stages, his strike was struck well and a bit hard as it went over the bar.
Ronaldo missed another scoring opportunity later on, he was picked out by Bruno Fernandes high through ball in-between but Guehi closed him down and put his body in the way to keep the ball ot for a corner.
Fred’s excellent hit would get denied with a brilliant header away from a Palace defender, Ronaldo had missed the header and the ball found it’s way to Sancho who laid it off for Fred.
The Match ended goalless at the break, but Manchester United were very dominant.
In the opening stages of the second half, Alex Telles hit the bar from a set piece at the far right side of the pitch, he was quite unlucky not to score.
Fred Scored the winning Goal for Manchester United after a pass was laid off for him by Mason Greenwood, Fred curled the ball into the top corner leaving Guaita with absolutely no chance.

Rauf Rangnick introduced players like Anthony Elanga into the match, looks like the manager is going to be rotating the squad to promote efficiency, this is somethin Ole Gunnar never does.
