Australia has revoked Tennis Star, Novak Djokovic’s VISA for the second time in a row over his rights in his country to remain un-vaccinated.
The Immigration Minister, Mr. Alex Hawk in a statement said “Today I exercise my power to cancel VISA held by Mr. Novak Djokovic on health and good order grounds on the basis that it was of the public interest to do so”.
This decision taking by the Immigration Minister means the Tennis Star could be deported. However, the 34-year-old Serbian can still launch another legal challenge to remain in Australia.
The move also mean that Djokovic may likely face a three year ban on obtaining a new Australian VISA but it can be waived.
